Pass Pal AI provides an AI-powered SMS tutoring service to help users study for various licensing exams. The service is delivered exclusively via SMS text messaging.

3. Pricing and Payments

Access to Pass Pal AI requires a recurring monthly subscription of $29.00. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled. All payments are securely processed by Stripe.

4. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time by texting 'CANCEL' or 'BILLING' to us, and you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. SMS and Carrier Rates

By signing up, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Pass Pal AI. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. You are solely responsible for any fees incurred from your carrier. You may opt-out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pass Pal AI is designed as a supplementary study tool. We DO NOT guarantee that you will pass your exam. The content provided by our AI tutor is for educational purposes only and should not replace official study materials or legal advice.
