- Is this an app I have to download?
- No! There is absolutely nothing to download or install. Pass Pal AI runs entirely through standard text messages. It's as easy as texting a friend.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- We hate impossible cancellation processes. If you want to cancel, simply text 'CANCEL' or 'BILLING' to us. We will instantly text you a secure link to manage your subscription or cancel it with one tap. There are no refunds for past months, but you can cancel anytime.
- How does the payment work?
- We charge a flat subscription fee of $29/month for unlimited access. You can cancel at any time. Your payment is securely processed through Stripe, the same payment processor used by Amazon and Google. We never see or store your credit card details.
- What if I fail my exam?
- Our goal is to help you pass, but we know test day is stressful! If you fail your exam after using Pass Pal AI, reach out to us at hello@passpalai.com.
- Are the questions specific to my state?
- Yes! When you sign up, you select your state. Our AI tutor uses state-specific legal codes and regulations to quiz you, ensuring you are studying the exact material you will be tested on.
- Will my carrier charge me for the texts?
- Pass Pal AI does not charge you per text. However, standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier (like AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) may apply depending on your specific phone plan.
